Los Angeles, CA, December, 2009 Proteus Environmental Technologies has entered into an exciting new partnership with Pegasus Capital Advisors. Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P. is a U.S.-based private equity fund manager that provides creative capital and business solutions to middle market companies across a variety of industries, with emphasis on businesses offering real-world sustainable business solutions. Proteus and Pegasus will work together to both find and improve these investment opportunities by combining the strengths of the Pegasus investment model with the new opportunities for sustainable profits made possible by the Proteus approach and technology strategy. Tony Michaels and Mark Bernstein will also join as Operating Advisors to Pegasus for their new Sustainable Century Fund.

Proteus Environmental Technologies announces a new home and partnership
El Segundo, CA, April 3, 2009
Proteus Environmental Technologies has entered into an exciting new partnership with the Girvan Institute. Proteus finds and commercially develops transformative environmental technologies from university research. The Girvan Institute is one of the most successful non-profit business incubators, hosting over 120 new companies who have collectively raised nearly $1 billion in capital during and after their association with the Institute. These two organizations are bringing their unique and complementary capabilities to bear on the green-tech and clean-tech markets. They also bring together their existing networks of partners in the academic, technology and investment communities. Together they will foster the innovation and entrepreneurship that are required to create the future Green Economy.
As part of the new partnership, Proteus Environmental Technologies will relocate to the Girvan Institute facilities in El Segundo California. As of April 3, its new address will be:
